Why not make our journey your journey?
As a HR Administrator, you’ll play a vital support role within our People Services team, helping to keep our HR operations running smoothly and compliantly. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HR, working closely with our HR Assistants and supporting the wider team.
Your focus will be on the foundations of great HR service — accurately managing electronic employee files, triaging queries through shared inboxes and calls, and ensuring documents are stored correctly and securely. You’ll support call handling and first‑line queries, helping direct work to the right place and ensuring nothing gets missed.
You’ll also be involved in an exciting e‑file migration project, helping move employee records into a new electronic filing structure. This will suit someone who enjoys methodical work, following processes and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑focused, organised and reliable, with a professional approach to confidential information. In return, you’ll gain valuable exposure to HR processes, systems and compliance — building strong foundations for a future career in HR.
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn, contribute and grow within a supportive team, this could be the first step on your HR journey.
