As a HR Assistant, you’ll be a key part of our People Services team, supporting the delivery of core HR services across the employee journey. This is a varied, hands‑on role where accuracy, compliance and organisation really matter.

You’ll be responsible for supporting core HR processes, including maintaining HR systems, producing letters and documentation, coordinating onboarding activities, and completing background and compliance checks. You’ll help make sure our employee records are accurate, our processes run smoothly and our people have a great experience from day one.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality and compliance. You’ll be proactive, well‑organised and comfortable working at pace, while still bringing a friendly, supportive approach to everything you do.
