Senior Driver

• Are you great with people?

• Do you have a passion for delivering great service and hold a full driving licence (Cat C or C+E)?

• Looking for a job that’s more than just driving?

Then why not make our journey your journey?

Play an important part in our journey

Are you an experienced driver ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a proactive Night Senior Driver to lead from the front and help power our transport operation every day, covering the office, dealing with breakdowns and agency drivers.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role combining the responsibilities of a C1- Driver and sometimes going out to cover a run. You’ll play a vital part in getting the day/night off to a smooth and safe start by coordinating driver despatch, supporting colleagues out on the road, and working closely with management to keep everything running like clockwork.

As a key link between drivers and the wider transport team, you’ll drive strong communication and help deliver outstanding service to our customers. If you take pride in setting the standard, supporting others, and keeping operations moving, this is the role for you.

Our journey began back in 1929. Since then, we’ve continued to build a strong and resilient business with a great future. It's why we believe we’re the best foodservice provider in the country.

We want your career with us to be as rewarding as possible. So, you’ll get lots in return for your hard work. That includes benefits that can support your wellbeing and financial security, and give you peace of mind.

We’re on a journey towards creating the best possible workplace. We’ve got some way to go, but we’re building a diverse and caring workforce. One that’s filled with forward-thinking people who each bring unique talents and skills. So whatever your life experience, we want you to join us - and you really can come as you are!
