About the role

Sales Administrator

At Bidfood, our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a highly organised Sales Administrator to help support our sales teams in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you'll work closely with Sales Centre, Field Sales, Customer Service and Operational teams, providing vital administrative support, managing customer information, producing reports and helping to ensure our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. As a key link across the business, you'll play an important role in enabling sales growth while maintaining the high service standards our customers expect.

Based at our fantastic new Durham depot, you'll be joining a modern, purpose-built facility and a team that's passionate about delivering great service to customers across the region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business, working in a collaborative and supportive environment where your contribution will make a real difference every day.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused and enjoys building strong working relationships. You'll have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, along with the confidence to handle customer queries, support order processing and work collaboratively with colleagues across the business. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy problem-solving and want to be part of a team that lives our values of Care, Share and Dare, we'd love to hear from you.
