As a Stock Team Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for stock accuracy, availability and compliance, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time for our customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with warehouse, transport and operational teams to improve performance, reduce stock loss and drive continuous improvement across the depot.

What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing a team to deliver safe, accurate and efficient stock operations.
- Managing stock accuracy through perpetual inventory (PI) counts and stock investigations.
- Monitoring stock loss, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring date-sensitive stock is managed effectively to maximise availability and minimise waste.
- Investigating credits, stock discrepancies and root causes to improve processes.
- Maintaining compliance with company, quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
- Working collaboratively with warehouse, transport and operational teams to improve performance.
- Managing stock-related systems, reporting and administration to ensure accurate records.
- Coaching and developing colleagues through regular one-to-ones, objective setting and performance reviews.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and teamwork.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, warehousing or logistics.
- Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on accuracy, service and continuous improvement.
