As a Sales Centre Manager, you’ll take ownership of an established team with strong foundations and significant potential for growth. Your focus will be on increasing sales performance and revenue per advisor, embedding a high-performance and accountable team culture, developing team capability to deliver consistent results, and using data and insight to drive effective sales decisions.
You’ll lead, coach and develop a team of sales advisors to achieve and exceed targets, driving performance through KPI management, coaching and development plans. You’ll analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, deliver targeted sales initiatives and campaigns, and build an engaged, motivated team focused on results. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring proven experience managing a sales team, a track record of delivering against revenue and performance targets, strong coaching and performance management capability, commercial awareness, and the confidence to influence and engage at all levels.
