About the role

Principle Responsibilities

As a Warehouse P.I Operative you will continuously help improve stock control procedures. As a team player, you will help to achieve KPI’s and maintain the product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations. You will achieve this by understanding and adhering to correct processes and procedures.

The successful candidate needs to be a methodical thinker who approaches any problems with logical attitude. You will have the drive and ability to perform well under pressure and be proactive in helping the team achieve its goals as well as improve customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Manage the locations that the stock is stored in and update the system as and when required.

  • Investigate and correct the results of all cycle counts.

  • Address all stock queries efficiently and in a timely manner, to assist in achieving the customer service levels of the Warehouse Team as a whole.

  • Perform cycle count checks.

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of (WMS) Warehouse Management System.

  • Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are recorded and signed off.

  • To ensure that all Health & Safety policies and procedures are complied with and fully maintained.

  • General housekeeping duties.

  • Proven experience of stock management in a logistics or warehouse environment.

  • PC literate with excellent Excel skills is preferable.

  • Able to add value through an engaging style.

  • Keen eye for detail as this role is as much about accuracy and quality, as speed

  • MEWP experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
