What you’ll be doing

• Leading the Floor: Driving a motivated team to smash KPIs and deliver "best-in-class" service.

• Coaching & Culture: Managing recruitment, performance, and training—turning good workers into great ones.

• Safety Ownership: You’ll be the champion for H&S, warehouse legislation, and audit-ready standards.

• Operational Precision: Allocating work, managing equipment, and ensuring every pallet is perfect.

• Problem Solving: Carrying out investigations and finding ways to make our workflow even better.
