C1 Driver - Nights

Class 1 Night Driver – 5-Night Rota (Sunday to Friday)
Location: Bradford
Hours: Night Shifts (Start/Finish times vary)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity within our highly efficient Transport Department at Oliver Kay. As part of our professional and dedicated team, you'll play a key role in helping us meet our operational targets by ensuring timely and safe delivery of products between depots.

This is a night-time trunking role working Sunday to Friday on a 5-night rota, focusing on depot-to-depot deliveries, rather than multi-drop routes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Trunking between depots delivering food  products within food safety standards

• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing delivery documentation

• Representing Oliver Kay professionally as the face of our business during deliveries

• Ensuring compliance with all road transport regulations and company procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence

• A Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and up-to-date CPC

• A clean licence preferred (not essential)

• A professional appearance and attitude

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong geographical knowledge and understanding of drivers’ hours and Working Time Directive

• Flexibility with start and finish times, including availability for weekends and bank holidays

• Experience with temperature-controlled vehicles (preferred, but not essential)
