About the role

Regional Account Manager

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for winning new business and growing key accounts? This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth across a defined regional territory.

Working closely with our Field Sales Team, you will help shape and deliver strategic plans to achieve double-digit sales and margin growth. You’ll collaborate with specialist teams to unlock the full potential of every account, delivering tailored, commercially strong solutions that meet customers’ individual needs.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively identify, win, and develop significant new business with Bidfood customers to increase market share and grow the overall size of the regional market in line with our business strategy.
  • Drive profitable sales growth across new and existing key accounts by leveraging the latest sales technology to exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Create detailed, insightful profit and margin studies to support the development of robust customer contracts, clearly defining commercial terms and long-term value.
  • Design and deliver compelling, customer-focused sales propositions aligned to each customer’s commercial objectives and operational needs.
  • Build and maintain a live, high-quality prospect database of high-potential accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Bidfood specialist teams and external alliance partners to maximise every profitable opportunity and consistently meet or exceed pillar profit targets.
