Play an important part in our journey
You’ll work as
part of a team to make sure that you lead the way in delivering the best
customer service to our internal teams and our customers. You’ll handle a high
volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing advice and solutions to
customer queries.In our busy and friendly team, your role is to respond to, and
action the wide range of queries and requests that come to you. These might be
from our National Account Sales team, and you’ll be investigating and logging
calls in line with our agreed service levels through our Reflex system.
With everything
you do, you’ll be working to reach solutions and make our customer experience
even better.
This role is
fast paced, but rewarding. So you’ll be kept busy as you help our teams and
customers to grow.
