We have an exciting opportunity within our Sales department, and as a part of the sales leadership team you’ll fill an essential role in helping us achieve our targets by delivering the right service and support to our customers on time.

The Sales Team Leader combines advanced sales expertise while being responsible for supervising, coaching and motivating a team of sales executives, day to day to achieve individual and team KPIs and targets, and ensuring high performance across all sales centre activities. This role involves providing in the moment guidance and coaching to sales executives and ensuring adherence to sales processes. The Sales Team Leader works across the sales centre management team and the sales executive teams to ensure that high standards of customer service and sales excellence are maintained. Including being competent with IT based systems.

The successful candidate will need to be available Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 16:30.

You will need to be a personable and professional individual, be an approachable source of support to their team and their customers, and most importantly be used to working to targets, and will have an accurate and methodical approach to your work with a passion to succeed.
