Location: Bicester Depot
Department: Customer Service
Apprenticeship Level: Level 2 Qualification (while you work!)
Hours: Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts (until 2:00pm)
Some flexibility required – finish time up to 5:00pm

You’ll be doing:
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll learn everything you need to become a confident and capable Customer Service Advisor. No two days are the same! You’ll:
- Help answer customer queries by phone and email
- Support both internal teams and external clients
- Learn how to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
- Use systems like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to keep records up to date
- Become part of a busy team helping keep our food distribution centre running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
We’re not expecting years of experience – just the right attitude and a willingness to learn! Ideally, you’ll have:
- Great communication skills – written and verbal
- A polite and friendly manner – whether on the phone or face-to-face
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate record-keeping
- A problem-solving mindset – able to ask the right questions and stay calm under pressure
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) preferred
