Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role will assume responsibility for supporting the delivery of a number of short and long term projects. Directly supporting the marketing plans for Own Brands (Everyday Favourites, Premium Selection, Coronet, Orchard Grove, Springbourne) as well as our Manufacturing Brands (Simply Food Solutions, Yarde Farm and Northern Bloc). Working closely with the PR and Insight team on monitoring and reporting (competitor analysis, coverage tracker) and where relevant researching and writing features.
Responsibilities include:
Work across the brands with the marketing managers to develop and execute key marketing activities/selling tools for our sales team and customers.
Manage ad-hoc marketing requests including proof reading, adapting welcome packs, developing a bank of brand adverts, producing and updating content for our marketing SharePoint pages.
Support at customer events including our depot shows, internal conferences, Taste of Bidfood, Christmas showcase, fresh and category events. Developing content for events as well as attendance to support the execution of the event.
Collating and producing the quarterly competitor analysis in conjunction with our Insights team.
Supporting the development and activation plan for our annual food and drink trends.
Working within the PR team to taking responsibility for our monthly PR coverage tracker and support the team with feature researching and writing.
Develop an all- round marketing knowledge and experience the different disciplines through project work or time shadowing departments.
