Play an important part in our journey
You’ll work as part of a team to make sure that you lead the way in delivering the best customer service to our internal teams and our customers. You’ll handle a high volume of queries, providing advice and solutions to both our external and internal customers. In our busy and friendly team, your role is to take responsibility and respond to our customers in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner. The queries can come to us in a variety of ways whether that be over the phone, via email or through the varying digital platforms we work with, you’ll be investigating and logging the queries in line with our agreed service levels through our Reflex system.
With everything you do, you’ll be working to reach solutions and make our customer experience even better.
This role is fast paced, but rewarding. So you’ll be kept busy as you help our teams and customers to grow.
