About the role

WMS Co-Ordinator - Days
 
To administer the WM system and run reports to enable aisles to be checked daily. Maintaining and advising of amendments to pallet layer quantities and minimum and maximums in the pickface. 
To work as part of the stock Control team to manage the stock within the depot.
Ensuring that all products are labelled correctly
Investigate and rectify back door errors
Review beam heights and warehouse layout to allow for easier access when putting goods away or being picked.
Bulk stock checks one aisle per day preceding PI
Running of reports to enable aisles to be checked
Bulk warehouse maintenance and bulk adjustments (quantities and location)
Maintenance of pick faces reducing and increasing on a constant basis in line with demand
Layout of products, ensuring that products of a similar nature are segregated to avoid the possible of picking errors, and to ensure that heavy items are laid at ground level.
Daily brief on PI, working closely with PI to address pallets that are incorrectly labelled or found in a bay but not on the sheet.
Conduct audit trails on discrepancies found in PI
Analyse drops made at night to reduce the volume of drops made during the night shift.
