Play an important part in our journey
As an Administrator at Bidfood, you’ll communicate with a range of people across departments within our business and our customers. Day to day you’ll be:
- Assisting the Stock Team Manager in minimising stock loss and maximising local buying opportunities
- Solving day to day stock queries and liaising between depots, suppliers and head office.
- Have an analytical mind and attention to detail, striving to achieve required results whilst remaining within stock holding targets.
- Carrying out credit investigations and processing and daily dispatch reporting.
- Inputting of data.
- Meet & greet with contractors and visitors… to name a few!
It’s a varied role, where you’ll need to get involved in all sorts of tasks. You’ll get technical with updating excel spreadsheets. You’ll be confident in seeking out support when you need it, not afraid to ask questions and suggest new ideas and ways of working.
With everything you do, you’ll always be focused on delivering the best service to our teams. And, it’s fast paced, so you’ll need to work quickly and efficiently - but it’s also very rewarding!
This is a 12 month fixed term contract for Maternity Cover.
